In the predawn hours of the 26th, a TDA Forecast Division patrol boat on routine rounds off Wakasu in Tokei Bay recorded roughly eleven seconds of a Yuragi opening and closing, clearly on camera. Non-stationary Yuragi events — one-time occurrences impossible to predict in time or place — have never before had their full opening-to-closing process captured on film. A single disc-shaped object that fell into the water immediately after the opening was analyzed by the Third Appraisal Center and found to match no known lineage; it was registered on the 26th as the provisional Lineage 154.
