Suzaki 'Knocking' Resumes After Two Silent Nights — Comes in Threes for the First Time
The 'knocking' reports at Suzaki Complex No. 3, silent for two straight nights on the 28th and 29th, resumed before dawn on the 30th. The cumulative total now stands at 41 — but for the first time, the previously consistent pattern of two knocks changed to three, leaving the management association puzzled by the new variation.
The "knocking" reports at Suzaki Complex No. 3 resumed before dawn on the 30th. According to the management association, no reports came in for two straight nights on the 28th and 29th following the previously reported 27th — the second extended silence since reports began in early September. Around 2:40 a.m. on the 30th, a resident on the second floor reported one, bringing the cumulative total to 41.
Every previous report had come as a consistent pair of knocks, but this time, for the first time, it came as three. "I wasn't counting on purpose, but it felt like more than usual, and when I counted afterward it was three," the resident said. The management association said, "If even the count is changing now, we may have to rethink what the record has meant all along."
A covert patrol officer was stationed on a different floor and again detected no presence or sound. The TDA said the permeation index in the area remained at normal levels. Both the truth and the cause remain unresolved.
