Reports of "knocking" at Suzaki Third Housing have risen by one, from a previously reported 26 to 27, with the new incident occurring in the early hours of the 13th. The pattern — timing, count, and the progression from lower floors upward — remains unchanged, as previously reported.
The first of the additional security cameras the management association began installing, previously reported, came online on the night of the 12th. "We checked the first day's footage, and there was nothing in particular in the frame during the relevant hours," an official said. As with the existing cameras, no human figure has been captured.
TDA reiterated on the 13th that the permeation index in the area remains at normal levels, with nothing in its records corresponding to the reports, and police continue night patrols without identifying a cause. The management association is holding to its earlier instruction not to respond to the knocking. The count keeps climbing, but neither the cause nor the truth of the matter has been resolved.
