Suzaki 'Knocking' Reaches 30 — New Camera Catches a Brief Blur, but 'Not Something We Can Call a Figure'
Reports of 'knocking' at Suzaki Third Housing have risen from a previously reported 29 to 30. During the early-hours incident on the 16th, the newly installed security camera — operating since the night of the 12th — recorded what management described as a roughly 0.2-second blur, the first such capture so far, though the management association said it 'cannot be called a figure.'
According to the management association, the same two-knock pattern previously reported was confirmed at a third-floor unit just after 3 a.m. on the 16th. An analysis of the newly installed camera's footage from that moment showed what looked like a roughly 0.2-second blur in front of the unit's door, though its outline and color could not be made out, and the association said it could not rule out equipment malfunction. A covert patrol officer on the night watch was near the scene but detected no presence or sound. The permeation index remained at normal levels. "We can't even say yet whether this counts as a clue," the association said, leaving the truth of the matter unresolved once again.
