Suzaki Complex No. 3's ongoing pre-dawn 'knocking' reports rose from 38 to 39 before dawn on the 25th. This time it came from the fifth floor, the fifth report in the previously reported 'second pass' (1F on the 21st, 2F on the 22nd, 3F on the 23rd, 4F on the 24th) — meaning the second pass has now completed a full circuit from the first floor to the fifth without once breaking order. The management association held its 'still within the range of coincidence' position, but for the first time went slightly further: 'Now that a full circuit has lined up, I suppose we do have to think about it a little.' A covert patrol officer, again stationed on a different floor, could not detect anything.

The member added, "Though thinking about it doesn't mean we'll actually understand anything. Whether the next one starts from the first floor again or this is the end of it — honestly, I have no way to guess." The expanded security cameras again recorded nothing unusual, the association said.
A covert patrol officer from the Patrol Guild's Tokei chapter was stationed on the fourth floor before dawn on the 25th and could detect no presence or sound when the fifth-floor report came in. As previously reported, assignments are decided reactively based on resident reports, which keeps the officer permanently a step behind. The officer said only, "I've heard the circuit is complete. But there's no way for me to know where the next one will fall."
According to the TDA, the permeation index around Suzaki Complex No. 3 held at normal levels before dawn on the 25th, with no observation event corresponding to a Yuragi confirmed. The association again urged residents not to answer any pre-dawn knocking, and reiterated where to report if they do.
Both the truth and the cause remain unresolved.
